I hope this WOE is working....My goal is to lose at least 20 lbs. by March 1st. 4 down 16 to go! I only want to weigh myself once a week, if I weigh before then I'm afraid of what the scale might say! I like the SURPRISE at the end of the week...SILLY ME!After March 1st, I want to lose another 20 lbs. and so on...til I get to goal! My Hubby got good news today, he has AFIB, he had a procedure called cardio version last week. They shock your heart back into rhythm, his heart paused for 5 seconds, NOT GOOD! But, today his EKG showed he's not in AFIB! This is his 3rd cardio version and he has had 2 Ablations as well...stubborn ole Man!JK! With his health issues, it stresses me out, but it also keeps me on the straight and narrow.
