Hello buddies! I had an ok day, keeping my calories below 1500. I got over 100 grams of protein, but I need to work on the fat content. I have discovered mashed cauliflower, I have eaten it two nights in a row. It actually does taste like mashed potatoes to me. I absolutely love it. I am taking the night off from the gym, I didn't get home until 6 and I have gone the last 3 nights. It's amazing, all my weight gain seems to have taken place on my stomach. Now that pants waists are creeping upwards again, I can't fit into the sizes I'm used to. On the bottom I am a 12, but my stomach requires me to get a 16, and then the legs and butt are all baggy. It's depressing - I had been a size 10 2 years ago, but I let everything go and dug my own hole with pizza and doughnuts and all kinds of crap I shouldn't eat. Hopefully I will get back on track. I keep gaining and losing the same 5 pounds over and over again these last 3 weeks. I weigh 199 and then I wake up the next morning and it's 203. Crazy. It is driving me nuts.
