My weight contuse to be the same, but my clothes are fitting a bit better. So it's just possible that I'm losing inches while the pounds stay the same. I just wish the pounds would drop away too.

It can happen like that with low carb diets. The scale will eventually catch up.

If you think about it, You have lost 4 lbs in little over a week, that is pretty good.My first week I think I lost just 4 lbs. Not everyone loses the same.Fantastic that you are feeling the results. That count too! Nice going!

I've decided as long as I'm not gaining I'm going to see it as a win. Also clothes weigh a lot - does everyone weigh naked (not in a slimming club lol obviously!) or just weigh themselves in the same clothes? I'm going for naked (home!) weigh ins from now on!! Good luck!!
