For some reason, I can't get my required amount of veggies in. I feel like I am totally blowing the Atkins 72 Induction plan. On a good note, I am drinking the required amount of water and I really wasn't that hungry for diner...Noticing some strange pains in my stomach today, not sure what that's all about. Hope it's nothing serious, my Hubby and I always have some kind of health issues every flipping January!

I find if I make a veggie soup and then blend it I can "drink" my veggies. My fave is to saute a little garlic and onion, then add chicken stock, simmer cauliflower in it until it's done with a little salt and a LOT of white pepper. Cool, blend and it tastes like cream of potato soup - honest :)
