Have to say…I’m a little shocked by how deep I’ve slept the last two nights. I managed to have only 20 net carbs both days and the sleep was crazy deep. No weird dreams, hardly any tossing and turning…still tired when I wake up but still feel good about the sleep. Going for day three of 20 net carbs. I have to try to up my calories without upping the carbs. Think I need some bacon to cook.
