Well, the good news is, I didn't gain anything. Bad news, I didn't lose anything either! I think I got a bit stalled out over the week-end. I didn't have time to eat properly, and by the time I got home yesterday I was starving, so I really pigged out on the chili I made. The problem is, it had beans in it that are not in the induction phase, so I stalled my self out! But I'm being really good today.

To be honest, those totals don't look like a "total pig-out" to me.LOL Don't be too hard on yourself. A "break even" is so much better than a gain. And please don't let the scale dictate the tone of your day. It is just one tool of many. Keep on Keeping On !!!!!!
