Well been back on the 'journey' for a week now and dropped 5lb...I am just keeping focused on the goal...to be at 12 stone by the end of March when I can get measured for my 'mother of the bride' outfit....It hasn't been too difficult. I am trying to keep myself busy on the evenings I'm not spinning and trying to make sensible food decisions on the days I am out of the normal routine. So far so good and I am starting to feel more in control of what is going into my mouth. Funnily enough I am missing alcohol this time - I will probable have a glass or 2 of wine at the weekned (obviously including this in my calories)...roll on this week.
