Eating great so far this week. I am looking forward to weigh in tomorrow morning. I am hoping to be 183 or better tomorrow. I walked at lunch. Will hit the gym tonight and will also cut the steep hill behind the house AFTER the gym.

I was 183.8 when I woke up this morning...Here's to hoping!!!
