@Ifah Miftahul Jannah : semua makanan itu menurunkan berat badan, asal tau batasan, dan makan nya pake kesadaran 💪😀 makanya gak berlebih, tapi lebih baik emang makannya makanan yg proses pemasakan nya tidak banyak (misal di rebus dulu, nanti di ancurin, terus di goreng, nanti di oseng pake saus) atau bisa di bilang makanannya berubah bentuk dari awal mentah... setau ku gitu
