Broke my diet today. I made my own lavash today. 200 calories each. Had 4. Two with butter. Later 1 plain and another as a chicken veggie wrap. Then I had a few graham cracker type cookies. I'll hit the reset button for tomorrow. I wont make anymore poor choices today though.
