Its Monday and I weighed in at 102.1 kg (I will let the scales update my weight)....
That means that I am about maintaining a constant weight...I am gradually removing bread from my diet and pasta... I have replace pasta with zucini pasta made with a spiral cutter I bought on
ebay for 5 dollars. Supprisingly it is quite good.
I have replaced 4 meals a week with vegetarian meals.(this may account for my fluctuation in weight).
My main aim for January is to weigh myself every day possible.
