Hello buddies! I am back, for any of you that are still around. I kind of gradually slid back, I did my food for a while, then I got beter about doing it, and now I'm logging exercise. I have gained back about half the weight I lost 2 years ago. It is bad, but it could be worse. Right now I am trying to clean up the way I eat. I am reading food labels. I am thinking twice about eating high fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, or any other kind of MSG. Not even Whole Foods is safe from that crap, I am here to tell you. I am trying to embrace Truvia as a sweetener instead of saccharin and aspartame. Ideally I should be eating no sweetner, but hey, I'm a diabetic, and I am doing the best I can. I have really done well on cutting down on diet soda. Now I have maybe one a day - I still have a ways to go to cutting it out entirely, but I am making progress. I would love to hear from anyone who is still out there - I am back, taking those baby steps again.
