Good luck! I always feel like the beginning is the easiest. You drop the most weight because your body goes into "shock". I find it hard to hold on when the weight loss becomes more realistic. Good luck!!

I agree, that first week is really energizing but then the weight loss slows down and then need to accept that losing weight is a slow process. Oh well we are all in the same boat!
