Uuuggg. I got on the scale this morning. It read 123.5 lbs. I am eating very healthy foods but I'm pretty sure that I'm eating too much. This is day 3 of working out. I'm still in the mode in which I must talk myself into going. What I need are some new tunes on my ipod but I haven't had the time to do that. Gosh, I want to fit into all of my jeans by the end of July.
