I fell of LCHF wagon a year ago, and I see what it got me--40 more pounds! But I'm back on the plan, more committed than ever, and already seeing some weight loss (likely water weight at this point, but that's to be expected).
So I need to lose 200 pounds. It seems crazy to write that out and recognize it to be true, but it is. Trying hard not to feel gross about my body, or hate myself, as that's detrimental to the process, but 200 pounds...that's another overweight person!
