love this green smoothie i make for lunch. usually lasts several hours till dinner. keeps me fueled throughout the day and is packed with pure nutrition. makes me feel lighter n my energy levels sustained

@emma it's actually a green smoothie I make at home in my nutri bullet. I put in 1 frozen banana, 1c. Frozen mangoes or pineapples or berries whichever you prefer. (I do rotations.) Then 1 c. Fresh Spinach., 1 c. Oatmilk or whatever milk you prefer. Then 1/2 c. Water. Then 1 scoop of organic plant protein powder and either 1 tsp. Of spirulina powder or 1 tsp. Of hemp seeds. I like to do rotations. Hope you try it! It will not disappoint! 😊

@emma also I just type in green smoothie and click on the tropical one with 410 cals listed to log it in my daily calories bc I added the cals for the ingredients that I listed and that's about what they came out to give or take a couple cals
