got an event coming up in 4 weeks. would like to get down to 185 but I'll be happy with whatever just as long as I'm healthy happy n feeling good about myself. I've been overweight for 3 years now and my frame cannot handle this weight. my bones n joints can feel the excess. but I'm going to take this journey at a pace that feels natural to me . I want this weight off for good so I can start focusing on shaping my body and making it strong 💪 to support this frame underneath. my intentions for today are nutritious meals n low cals. shooting for 1200
88.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
