Say, berikut resepnya ;
177gr Apple serut atau potong potong kotak
80gr Rolled oats
225gr buttermilk
120gr whole wheat flour
1/2sdt garam
1sdt baking powder
1/2sdt baking soda
1sdt cinnamon bubuk
100gr gula palem
1butir telur kocok biasa
4sdm olive oil
1/2sdt vanilla
Proses seperti membuat muffins pada umumnya.
