Had lunch with a friend and ate onion rings. Swear to got I feel like I am going to heave. I can't believe I used to eat these all the time. Calorie count high but I made up with a workout.

I know my doctor is all over this 1/2 pound a week is 'safe' but I am getting so tired of it. I just wanna be at my goal weight and not have to think about it anymore.

I really have nothing good to say today, I am not feeling particularly upbeat at the moment. I feel like a whiny little baby( and secretly enjoy it!)
