Yes, use my scale all the time. Even before counting calories I would use it for measuring stuff to use less dishes, measuring cups/spoons, etc! Less things I needed to handwash!

I have a scale I leave on the kitchen counter. It shows ounces, not grams, but works for me

A kitchen scale is all kinds of useful. A travel-sized scale is also useful. And as a bonus, it will allow starting a side-hustle peddling illicit substances.

The scale is useful because we tend to under estimate the quantity of food we consume. It keeps us honest.

I agree Leonard, so important.

Scale crew, checking in! Weighing food on the scale is so much better than worrying about underestimating by eye or overfilling measuring cups. when I don't weigh, I feel like I need to round up to cover the fact that people underestimate the amount of food they eat. Love the scale!

Absolutely true! I have one at work and one in my kitchen!

So handy. Mine measures both ounces and grams so I can switch it back and forth as needed. It lives on top of my microwave. Some stuff I measure or eyeball, but I use my scale constantly
