i am not losing. I cheated yesterday for the 1st time since I got started over a month ago. I am not seeing ANY movement down. When i do my official weigh in on wednesday, If I don't loose, I am going to need to look at doing something different. I don't know why this is not working. I have all of the symptoms of atkins and none of the results!

Dont' forget to look at fat loss. You can stay the same weight, but lose fat for a week or so, before you see the scale move. One week on any diet is not enough time to accurately gauge if it is working or not. See how you feel on weigh in day.
