Beginning to enjoy weight training again. In light of the calf injury I keep whining about, I have moved that way. Its not the lifting...its the STARTING that is so dang hard!It sure feels good to see that tone kicking in though. Tuesday Ill hopefully have the beginning to an answer on what the hey is going on with my poor ol' "chicken legs" as my wifey calls em.

Crazy to have 80 degrees one day and snow the next. Glad you had fun at the party. Hang in on your leg cramps. They should lessen with time. If not you may need to talk to the doc.
