“Pengganti nasi” 200gr 185cal:
Shirataki/fukumi rice 100gr - 70cal
Mixed lentils 100gr - 115cal
Nasi gak jahat kok, tapi makan ini udah dapet protein+serat yang tinggi, jadi gak cuma carbs aja. Rasanya kaya kacang. Ngebantu banget buat boost macro harian
