Okay so the weekend came and oh boy that was my down fall with so many bday. My baby's birthday and brothers bday. Just ate to much but today is monday so all i can do is start over. one good thing i did weigh my self and even though i havent followed the diet to the T cause i cant give up my coffee and all the eating during the weekend i still managed to lose some weight. yeppy. so i have to get back on track and start phase 1 again this week..
