I got on the scale today after about a month of looking at it in fear. It's as bad as I thought it was...boo! The mini exercises I've been doing daily have been going well, so I'm only a little discouraged. But still...argh!
I need to start eating healthy and tracking what I eat each day, but I don't feel motivated to start that yet. I am going grocery shopping today, so I'll start by picking 1-2 recipes to make this week. Heck, maybe some lettuce will fall in my cart...stranger things have happened.
