Made savory oats for the first time with steel cut oats and low sodium chicken broth. Mixed in onion, orange bell pepper, kale and some left over roasted sweet potato. Topped it with an over easy egg, a couple of slices of microwave bacon and 1/2 oz of TJ’s Gruyère-cheddar cheese. Put some Frank’s hot sauce and ya’ll, it was so good! Not mushy at all. Lots of different textures! 15 grams of fiber, 580 calories for the whole filling bowlful! Definitely putting this in my normal rotation.
