Day 5. My calorie totals for today are a complete guess. I met up with an old friend and went to Moti (the best Indian restaurant in Japan) for dinner. I avoided alcohol, but I didn't try to skimp on dinner. I had an order of Chicken Tikka Masala, naan and a samosa. I've used the number that come up on this site, but the calorie total could easily be double what I noted. Anyway, I'm not going to stress about going over and just get back on schedule tomorrow. The one positive is that I walked a ton getting around Tokyo. The most exercise I've had since I began.
