Today I walked 1 mile bc my legs seemed real sore from yesterday. I walked 2 miles and one lap. I am adding more exercise to my weight loss. I found a great snack...SKINNY COW candy for chocolate cravings. I bought it at Krogers and it is great! Good luck everyone! Let me know if I can be any help to anyone.
