well i will not weigh myself until 1st week Feb. the way I was out of hand regarding food its way beyond me as to how can i eat everything. desert,rice,pap,salads,coke,juice,mash,cappaccino,no exercise as from middle of Dec 2014,wine,whiskey ohh the list is endless.
i may have failed myself but as from today i start my normal healthy lifestyle. 1st day at the gym this year today, i wish myself thebeest.
