The Mediterranean Diet is not a diet per se, but a lifestyle of eating. It also has many health benefits. I'm not starting over, I'm just declaring how I am currently eating. Just want to fine tune and cut out the junk foods so I can lose weight.
The program doesn't seem to be able to keep my original start date which yesterday so it not really a big deal.
