I started my new way of eating a week ago Wednesday last week. so from last Wednesday till this Wednesday I had a goal of 5 pounds and I was able to keep that goal.
124.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 47.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
