Well I took 2 weeks off thru the holidays celebrated the birth of my first grand daughter born christmas day...

Now its time to get my ass back to work and relose the 3 pounds I gained.

Starting another 90 days of body beast the first 90 went great lost 50 pounds and even gained some muscle talk soon cya
