Currently, by my scale, I weigh 250 lbs. I want to get down to 128. So that is a total loss of 122 lbs. I am determined to get this weight off! I'm doing the Atkins diet. I pre entered my meals for the day. It's easier for me to plan it out this way. the only time I can't is when I go out with my husband or friends. On those occasions, I have to log after I've already eaten the meal. But I'm trying to stay on track anyway.
