Just got back from my Dr. I have managed to completely reverse Type 2 diabetes. My fasting sugars were perfect and my insulin uptake is at 5, absolutely spot on. Plus, my BMI is now in the overweight range, and she is officially putting me out of "weight health risk". Purely diet and exercise, no meds. I am beyond ecstatic. I am no longer diabetic! I am going to continue the same diet regardless, and lose the same amount of weight again to get to a healthy BMI, but I am out of the unhealthy weight range! The relief is phenomenal. I did this on my own, too. You don't need fancy gyms or dieticians There is so much information on the internet. Plus, THIS amazing app. This app has been pivotal. 💚💚💚

This app, mainly counting carbs. Lots of non starchy vegetables, nuts, fish and protein white meat. Good fats, (vegie oils), and water. I eat full fat mayo every day. My carbs are at around 100 - 150 a day, cals about 1500 - 1700, but I am full. Lots of water. And, tea with honey. I did a lot of research online re diabetic eating and just followed that. Nuts and 1 piece of fruit only per day. LOTS OF NUTS AND SEEDS. 😜
