Today I start my record fresh. I don't want to compare what I did before, I want to focus on the now. In June, the hubby and I will renew our vows in the Bahamas. 30 years is one heck of a run! I need to shed weight. The renewal ceremony gives me a focus point. Time to tally up my Spike Diet daily calorie intake and get going!
