Had Burger King and Pizza this week!! I can't believe myself!! I guess I'm allowed to slip up every now and then but I WILL not make it a habit.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 30.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
