Okay. Figured out where I went wrong. I was counting total carbs instead of net carbs! no wonder I felt like I was starving! Now that I have it right, it should be a lot easier! I'm debating on whether I should weigh daily, or just once a week. My scale only weighs in two pound increments, so in effect I have to lose two pounds for the needle to move one tick. Which, needless to say, can be frustrating. I guess I'll weigh whenever and record as needed.
