I have a question regarding the food journal. I looked up Sargento ultra thin mild cheddar slices. The serving is 3 slices but I only ate 1, how do I change the serving size ?

A lot of the time on foods like this, there will be a drop-down menu giving grams. If you have a kitchen scale that weighs grams, it is easier to weigh the food in grams and enter that than trying to figure out the fraction of the food portion that you ate. In the case of 1 out of 3 slices it is easy, but say you ate 1.7 oz of pizza and the calories are for 1/8 of the whole pizza. You are at a loss unless you know the grams.
