I’m glad for the loss but I’ve been feeling a little Discouraged since I’ve been eating good and doing daily exercises and stretching. I can’t get in to the 180s maybe I’m in a plateau. I’ve seen a lot about fasting I’m not quite sure what that is can someone explain it to me. I always thought that would slow your metabolism down if you’re not eating.
