Yesterday I documented my food intake for the entire day. Such a small accomplishment, but it buoyed my motivation. I am going to try to do it again today.

Yesterday the pivot line in the far south pasture needed some adjusting. After I did my small part, I took a stroll to what we call the "little creek". I was looking to see if our sand hill cranes are back. This couple has been coming for years. They hang out at the holding reservoir during the day and roost at little creek at night. I hope they are OK.

Went into town yesterday and passed another section with a "for sale" sign. Glad I filled my car up then. Guess gas jumped again. Gas prices and a baby formula crisis. It's so scary for young families just starting out.

YAYYY for your food tracking success!! If you can make that a daily part of your routine...you will have made a HUGE step toward your goals!! I found a Daily Log sheet that I use in conjunction with the FS app (I need to see it on paper too🤷‍♀️). GOOD FOR YOU!👍😁

If it goes into your mouth, it goes into your log! That is the 1st step to success. If you don't know what you are eating how can you make better choices? Good 1st step!

I’m new to Facebook can someone explain in steps how to log in your food on the app? I’ve been logging just on good old paper with pen. Also is it possible to go back to the days I started so I can enter what I have and throw the paper away? Any help would be sooo much appreciated.
