OMG, I am so bored.
I did not get out to run since my shoes were still wet from washing them after the mommy and me camp out.
I felt a little guilty that I did not get a jog in and so I punished myself with a 40 minute Insanity workout. My face was dripping with sweat and red all over from it but it was nice to get a good hard workout in inside the house.
I think it makes up for the jog:)
As from my post yesterday I am paying attention to my clothes and my jeans do feel a bit tight around the wasit, so it is time to step it up. If the evening 30 min workouts do not do the trick than I guess I will have to go back to logging cal.
Why is it if I am not losing I am gaining even when I am eating ( for the most part ) pretty well???
I guess I will be in GO mode for the rest of my life.

LOL, and again lol. Our bodies are weird. For me with the extra exercising I am doing I had to up my protein, if I do not eat the right things and the right amount (and right now it seems like I am eating a lot) I gain weight back. But if I do my exercise, and eat my proper amount in the right portions I lose. Protein powder is working for me right now, its helped me step up my game.
