Cloudy day in New England.

Kinda the way I feel today - not dismal, but close.

Weight loss has been up and down- to be expected, but just out of my zone lately.

I've taken on too much - work, projects, being there for my aging folks, family emergencies and let's not forget, everything happening in the world around us.

Overwhelming to say the least. I bet you feel similiar.

Sticking to my plan because that's a daily affirmation that despite challenges, I remain standing and dedicated.

I need to focus more on the 'long game' and just let all the distractions work themselves thru the system.

Just typing that out helped.
