For several weeks now I have been feeling like I have been starving all the time. Well the last two days have been much better and I think I am past that, I hope!
I have been really good about what I have been eating. I have not ate in between meals for the most part. Strange how your body goes through differnt moods where it wants to eat all the time to not really feeling hungry.
I do think when your body does this it is becaue it needs it and we should listen to that but still keep it in control. Which by the way I did NOT do.

O I hate that. I am in one of those today. You have upped your exercise...I think you have the right idea, your body may be telling you it needs a few more calories. Have a great weekend.
