Post Covid and many sittings of Netflix and popcorn 🍿😢
Yesterday was the first day I was able to go shopping 🛍 🙌 and not feel tired.
On my way to full recovery 🙏 and more activities.
89.5 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
