If you’re looking for something sweet for breakfast, this came in at 230 calories. I used Sara Lee Delightful white bread, egg beaters (6 tbs), butterball lower sodium turkey bacon & 2 tbs sugar free maple syrup. It’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make.
