okay day again, didnt sleep well last night (6hour time difference from home and i got a call at 4am) aarrgg and it wasnt family or friends... then i was awake for the next 2 hours to fall asleep for 40 min. to then have the alarm to go off... i am just tired!! eating ok ... still triing to increase the water, I broke down and had a banaba with peanut butter on it last night OMG it was awesome!!
