No yoga this am but will try to get part of it in tonight and the rest on sunday. 1hour and 30 min is alot of yoga. I did get the last 25 min of the arms and shoulders dvd last night and part of the abs dvd-probably half before it was bath time. On week 11 - plan to finsih out the program -take a week off of dvd- do treadmill and eliptical maybe some bike at the base gym and then just back into another round with ab ribber x being a requiremnt this time. got news husband might not get back till july sometime so whille i am disappointed it does give me time to get to goal and look really good for him. I am now 11 pds away from where i would like to BE and alot more toned

Are you going to do the lean version if you do another round of P90X? I'm in week 9 and going to probably take a week off too and do something else then, but I'm debating when I do another round doing the classic verson. That may be too hard for me though. I'll be glad when I'm on that last week I know that much:).

I thought about doing the classic but the core isn't every week and I really think that one is needed,exeptially since I don't always get in ab ribber or all of it. I actually tried the pylo dvd instead of the cardio x just to try it and it kicked my butt- ha ha. So probably just lean again.

Oh man, I never thought about doing the plyo instead cardio x..it just does not do it for me. I was thinking about subbing in some insanity workouts. I love those workouts and it really gets my heart going. Wow week 11. that is super awesome. I can not wait to see what i look like at week 11. I have had a cold these past few days but I am still trying to continue my workouts. Keep up the good work.
