terrible!! i dont understand my body anymore... maybe it's a post-baby thing? before i had her, i would do exactly what i am trying to do now and i would see results!! ...but now it's like nothing i do works! i go on walks everyday, do weights 3 or more times a week. im a server so im runnung around at night 3 nights a week. i try to stay hydrated, im avoiding pop, ive cut back on carbs... NOTHING IS WORKING! im STILL at 197... it's like my body is just perfectly content to be where it is... i just dont know what to do anymore... i think im gonna google post-pregnancy weight loss tips or something.. im runnung out of time and options! thanks for asking!!! i hope evertthing is working well for you!!!! :D
