I have been swimming a couple of times a week, and was biking, but my bike is broke, so I am adding Jumping jacks to my routine. I have not done them in a long time, but I know I can do them for a few minutes to start out! I am not sure what the kcal is telling me, but I think it is saying how much I eat and how many calories I have exercised and is letting me know if I have eaten more than I have exercised. the bottom number with the - tells me I have burned more calories that I ate. Am I correct on this?
