skinnygirl130's Journal, 04 May 11

I need to stop stalling on here and finish my workout.
I changed up my routine, I could not wait six weeks! I needed to do it now for my sanity.
I am doing yoga 40 min every other day and jogging 1 mile plus some other cardio to equal 45 min on the other days.
When I get better at jogging ( not feel like I am dying ) than I will increase my miles but I am going to start out slow.
I walk .25 miles than jog .25 miles and do that twice around so it comes out to about a 14 min mile.
Hope to be doing more in three to four weeks but I will only do what I can do and let the rest come when it comes.
Hope everyone is having a great week!

Yes it is easy to get stuck on this site. I am trying to stick within my allocated time limit. Some days I spend more time on here complaining, and writing to people than actually doing something. :) I have heard that it is good to alternate your heart rate, I will do 5 min of power walking, and then 1 of medium pace. Have any recommendations for stretching for rowing? I need to loosen up! Have a great rest of your day!

I am not sure about stretches for rowing but I started yoga on my cox fit channell and I have been doing Body by Bethany. You know the one with the reality show? Well I did not think it would be any good but after I did it I really liked it. Not only does it work your entire body but it has some really good stretching moves. I am going to keep doing this one and when it goes off fit tv I may just buy it.
